Apropå den senaste amerikanska bankskandalen

*= Federal Reserve, av media vanligen benämnd USA:s centralbank eller riksbank, är varken federal eller statlig, utan en privat institution ägd av privata banker, flera av dem utländska, instiftad genom vad som lämpligen kan betecknas som en oblodig kupp: den 22 december 1913, då många amerikanska parlamentariker redan var på väg hem för att fira julen med sina familjer, skedde en överraskande simultan slutlig omröstning i senaten och representanthuset. Sedan 1913 har Federal Reserve (vars namn är helt och hållet ironiskt, då även reserver saknas)ohotade kunnat framställa pengar ur tomma intet, bara de senaste tre åren cirka 4,000,000,000,000 dollar. Federal Reserve Act, framlobbad av finanskungar som Paul Warburg, Jacob Schiff och J.P. Morgan Jr., var i grund och botten oförenlig med den amerikanska konstitutionen, vars första artikel, åttonde sektion, femte paragraf slår fast att kongressen besitter "the power to coin money and regulate the value thereof."
